Healthy Vegetable Tofu Cheese Bake

This is low carbohydrate but it make you full with much vegetables.

Ingredient

350 g

soft tofu

2 tablespoon

mayonnaise

1

egg

1/2 teaspoon

chicken powder

150-200 g

shredded cheese

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ingredients: slice onion and fry with vegetable oil and salt and pepper to taste. Boil broccoli.

Cut eggplant and fry.

Make Tofu cream. Mix with hand.

Put vegetables and pour tofu cream.

Put much cheese and bake in 200℃ preheated oven for 20~30 minuets till cheese turn good color.
