Dried Tomato and Black Olive Moist Bread

Dried tomato is so tasty, sweet and soft. So I made dried tomato bread putting much almond flour. It made so moist and delicious.

Ingredient

150 ml

milk

1 tablespoon

olive oil

3 tablespoon

sugar

1/2 teaspoon

salt

30-40 g

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ingredients: warm milk and mix dry yeast and liquid ingredients.

* Step 2

Mix dry ingredients and milk and yeast mixture and knead well. Put olive oil on surface and rest for an hour or more at warm place.

* Step 3

Cut olive and tomato. Spread dough and put olive, tomato and pepper on it.

* Step 4

Fold dough and rest for an hour.

Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 25 minuets. Brush butter much. Cool down and wrap with film.
