Japanese Butter Garlic Mushroom

Today I bought much Shiitake mushrooms and brown mushrooms. So I fry with garlic, butter and soy sauce. #oxfordstudents

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

vegetable oil

1/2 tablespoon

butter

1/2 tablespoon

soy sauce

1 piece

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut mushrooms. Slice bottom of shiitake mushrooms and use these for Miso soup today. Clean with kitchen paper.

Cut shiitake mushrooms like this photo (Japanese way). Slice garlic.

Fry garlic with vegetable oil till crispy. Fry mushroom till soft

Put butter and then sprinkle soy sauce.

Fry brown mushrooms.
