Homemade Pork Dumpling
I made Dumplings with my homemade dumpling dough. It’s easy and more tasty. Putting much vegetables inside makes it so juicy. Please eat with chill-soy sauce-vinegar sauce.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make hard dough with salted water. And rest for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Spread dough thinly and cut 7-8cm round shape.
* Step 3
Cut vegetables very small. Season with oyster sauce and grind ginger and garlic.
* Step 4
Mix minced pork with hand.
* Step 5
Put pork mixture on dumpling sheet and put water then fold
* Step 7
Oil on pan and heat. Put dumplings on pan.
* Step 8
Fry till the bottom of the dumpling is crispy and brown. And pour boiled water to about 5 mm deep.
* Step 9
Boil with lid for 3~5minutes and take off the lid and pour oil again when the water is almost gone.
* Step 10
Fry till the bottom is hard and crispy.
* Step 11
Eat with vinegar chili soy sauce.
* Step 13
