My mother’s Shrimp Dumpling Fry

When I was child my mother made like this big dumpling fry. Her dumplings were so tasty and I always ate with ketchup.

Ingredient

100 g

Shrimp

1 teaspoon

grind ginger

1/2 teaspoon

grind garlic

2 teaspoon

starch

2 teaspoon

soy sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ingredients. Cut shrimp small

Put seasoning and fish meat in food electric food processor and mix with cut shrimp

* Step 3

Cut bread small dices and put bread around shrimp and fish mixture.

* Step 4

Fry in deep oil till the color turns good brown.

Garnish with vegetables and lemon. Eat with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
