Japanese Pork Cutlet with Egg

Japanese Pork Cutlet with Egg

I always make this and put on rice when I have leftover Cutlet.

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

soy sauce

2 teaspoon

sugar

1/2 teaspoon

grind ginger

50-80 ml

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ingredients. Mix seasonings, water, soy sauce, sugar, grind ginger and if you have Dashi powder.

* Step 2

Cut onion and cook in seasoning mixture till onion softened.

* Step 3

Cut Cutlet and put it on onion and simmer.

* Step 4

Stir egg and put it on Cutlet.

* Step 5

Cook until egg is almost done but still soft.

* Step 6

Garnish with green onion. Putting this on the rice is so popular menu in Japan. This is today’s dinner.
