Using thin sliced pork is easy and fast. And also cutlet is soft. You can eat with any sauce you like. I ate with soy sauce.

Cut pork to your favorite size

Put flour then egg. And put bread crumbs.

Fry in 2cm deep vegetable oil till both side is good brown.
