soy sauce

1/3 teaspoon

salt

1 teaspoon

grind ginger

1 tablespoon

cut green onion

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ingredients. Mix pork with seasoning well.

* Step 2

Make circle with 2 fingers and place shaomai sheet and pork. Push pork and make the shape of shaomai.

* Step 3

If you don’t have shaomai sheet, wrap with shredded lettuce leaves.

* Step 4

Steam with high heat for 15 minutes by normal steam pan or for 5 minutes by pressure pan.

Eat with soy sauce, lemon soy sauce, mustard soy sauce....
