Japanese Chicken and Egg with Rice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut chicken into bite size and slice onions.
* Step 3
Fry chicken first and put onions and seasoning mixture. Cook for 10 minutes with lid.
* Step 4
Beat egg and pour egg on chicken.
* Step 5
Cover with lid and cook with low heat for 30 seconds. Then turn off the heat.
* Step 7
If you have poached egg, put in center.
* Step 8
Garnish with green onion. Today’s dinner
