Cooking instructions
* Step 3
After boiling drain the water. And mix with hand mixer.
* Step 4
Add egg yolk, double cream and rice flour. And mix well.
* Step 5
Put in square mold and steam for 15~20 minutes with medium heat.
* Step 6
Take the pumpkin out from the mold and cool in refrigerator.
* Step 7
Cut in small pieces and garnish with softened dried grapes
