Steamed Pumpkin (sugar free)

This steamed pumpkin is so soft and putting dried grapes makes sweeter and tasty.

Ingredient

250 g

pumpkin

1 tablespoon

double cream

1 tablespoon

rice flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut small pieces

Boil pumpkin very soft.

After boiling drain the water. And mix with hand mixer.

Add egg yolk, double cream and rice flour. And mix well.

* Step 5

Put in square mold and steam for 15~20 minutes with medium heat.

Take the pumpkin out from the mold and cool in refrigerator.

Cut in small pieces and garnish with softened dried grapes
