Japanese Daikon Radish with sweet Beef
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Cut Daikon Radish and Daikon leaves.
* Step 3
Fry minced spring onion and beef with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
* Step 4
Put 2 cups water, Daikon Radish and sugar in pan and cook for 20-30 minutes till Daikon soften.
* Step 5
Please use cooking paper and cover with lid. Put other seasoning, soy sauce, powder and grind ginger.
* Step 6
Cook more for about 10 minutes till the sauce is thickened.
* Step 7
Add cut Daikon leave and cook for 3 minutes
