Creamy Insta Pot Brussel Sprouts
The ultimate, quick, BEST and delicious Brussel Sprouts cooked in the Instant Pot with cream cheese, more cheese, and bacon! I'm here to tell you, this will become your new favorite way to prepare these little cabbages.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Set Instant Pot to Sauté.
(If you don't have a insta pot and just have a pressure cooker use the chicken/meat and press cook time selector to medium.)
* Step 2
Melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in the Instant Pot and add in the bacon and fry for 1 minute, or until crispy.
* Step 3
Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside; leave bacon drippings and butter in the Instant Pot.
* Step 4
Add halved brussel sprouts to the Instant Pot and cook for 1 minute, or until just slightly browned.
* Step 6
Add in garlic, remaining butter, vegetable broth, and cream cheese; season with salt and pepper and top with the lid.
* Step 7
Close the lid and set to sealing.
* Step 8
Press the manual button and set it for 2 minutes. If you like a softer veggie, set it to 3 minutes.
(I used the Fish/vegetables Steam and did for 3 minutes.)
* Step 9
Let the Instant Pot come to pressure, and when the cooking cycle has finished, do a quick release.
* Step 10
Once the pin in the lid drops down, open it up, and stir in the parmesan cheese and previously prepared bacon. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
* Step 11
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
