Ingredient

1 tbsp

Saboodana

1 tsp

Jeera

1 tsp

Rock salt

1 tsp

Oil

1 tbsp

Sour curd

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak samak rice and Saboodana overnight. Drain excess water and add curd to it and grind to a smooth paste. Keep aside for fermentation for 4- 5 hrs.

* Step 2

Now boil water in a steamer and grease thali. Add salt to the batter and mix well.

* Step 3

Pour this batter into greased thali. Steam it for 10 mins. Let it cool for 5 mins. Cut pieces into desired shape.

* Step 4

Now in a tadka pan heat oil and put jeera and sesame seeds and sprinkle over dhoklas. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with peanut yogurt.
