Moth ki daal
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To begin making mothdaal,we will soak the moth beans overnight and keep it ready
* Step 2
Heat a pressure cooker with oil add cumin seeds and allow to crackle add ginger and garlic saute untill they soft.
* Step 3
Add onions and saute well till they turn translucent add chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with salt and cook till it turns mushy
* Step 4
Add all the spices powder then mentioned above and give it mix
* Step 5
Add soaked moth beans with 2 cups water now close with lid and cook for 4 to 5 whistle
* Step 6
Serve in other bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy with roti or bhakri...
