Palak kofta curry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly in large kadai heat 3 tsp oil and saute 2 tsp chopped onion,clove garlic,ginger,green chilles and palak

* Step 2

Cool completely and blend to smooth paste

* Step 3

Add 1 cup panneer,1/2 potato and 1/4 cup besan

* Step 4

Additionally add 5 cashew nuts,2 tsp garam masala and salt

* Step 5

Prepare round ball without any cracks

* Step 6

Roll then in flour and deep fry in to hot oil

* Step 7

Stirr occasionally and fry till the kofta turn goldenbrown and crisp

* Step 8

Now make curry heat oil saute cumin,tez patta,and ginger and tomato pulp

* Step 9

Add spices and cook till oil leave edges pan,curry ready

* Step 10

Now take serving plate place koftas in centre and pour curry

* Step 11

Enjoy endlessly palak kofta curry with paratha or chapati
