Healthy Apple pie cheesecake 🍎

Ingredient

cinnamon

1/4 tsp

nutmeg

1/4 tsp

all spice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare the apple crumble, mix all the ingredients together and bake in the oven at 175C for 15-20 min, mixing half way through.

* Step 2

For the cheese cake part mix the cottage cheese and yoghurt together until smooth and creamy, add vanilla extract and few drops of stevia.

* Step 3

Place in a bowl half of the apple crumble then add on top some of the apple pure. Cover the crumble with the cheesecake mixture and then spread on to the rest of the apple pure. Finish of by adding the rest of apple crumble on top.

* Step 4

Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours for a denser/ creamier consistency
