Broccoli

1 Teaspoon

Light Soy sauce

Parsley

50 ml

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the broccoli in water for 2 mins.

* Step 2

Crack eggs into a bowl and mix so it is consistently yellow. Then add all of the ingredients "to mix with eggs"

* Step 3

Add oil or butter to a pan and turn onto medium heat.

* Step 4

Add the egg mixture into the pan and scramble until the eggs are starting to form solid

* Step 5

Add broccoli and beans and continue scrambling until majority is solid

* Step 6

Serve and Enjoy
