Ingredient

1 tablespoon

dark sugar

1.5 tablespoon

five spice powder

1 table spoon

Light soy sauce

2 tsp

Salt

1 tablespoon

Ginger grated

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rub all sauces with duck leg and let it marinate at least 1 day

* Step 2

Put into 180c oven for about 45-55 mins till cooked golden and looks crispy

* Step 3

Leave in the duck fat for over night when needed cooking, take it out and gently fry on the pan and serve
