Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all sauces, vinegar, cornflour and black pepper powder and 1/4 cup of water. Keep aside
* Step 2
To a pot add oil and heat. Fry ginger and garlic on high flame. Saute onions for 30 seconds..
* Step 3
Add the veggies and then baby spinach and cheese strips. Fry for a minute.
* Step 4
Mix the sauce mix, salt and water and bring to boil.
* Step 5
Now add boiled noodles and mix well with the veggies.
* Step 6
The healthy and delicious veggies Noodles is ready. Garnish with spring onions,serve and enjoy.
