Recipe from Wheat Belly Cook Book
**I made the microwave version and it turned out pretty good! I had to cook for 2-1/2 min. to completely cook the center.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a small bowl, combine flaxseeds, onion powder and salt. Mix well.
* Step 2
Stir in egg, oil and water and combine thoroughly. Consistency should be thick but pourable. Add 1 tsp of water if too thick and mix.
* Step 3
Microwave: grease 9" pie plate and spread to cover bottom of pan. Cook on high for 90 seconds. Time may need adjustment depending on microwave.
* Step 4
Skillet: grease 10" skillet and cook on med-low heat for 2-1/2 to 3 min. Turn wrap and cook 30 seconds. Cool 2 min. and carefully transfer to plate.
* Step 5
Fill and serve or can be stored in the refrigerator.
* Step 6
This is my salami/American cheese/mayo sandwich with "potato"salad!
