Fried Brinjal sweet n sour curry

Its a differnt taste curry... This curry adding a jageery tamarind pulp so its taste very differnt to eat like sweet n sour and also the brinjal is fried so its very crunchy to eat
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Collect all ingredients, jaggerry, tomato puree, tamarind pulp, brinjal,chillipaste, chopped garlics
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and fry 500 gm of brinjal
* Step 3
Fry until it turns little glossy, remove in a plate, and keep them aside
* Step 4
In the same pan, add 2 tsp of fine chopped garlic and fry until golden brown and add 2tsp of jaggery
* Step 5
Mix well, stir fry for 2 - 3 mins, add 2 large tomato puree mix well cook for 5 min on medium flame
* Step 6
Add 3 tsp of chilli paste and add salt to taste
* Step 7
Add 2 tsp of tamarind pulp mix well, cook for 2 to 3 mins
* Step 8
Adf fried brinjals mix well nicely, so that the gravy cores the brinjal properly cook for 20 mins.
* Step 9
Now the fried brinjal sweet n sour curry is ready to eat with biriyani or rice or chappathi
