Sweet potato halwa

Gluten-free, Sugarfree, and loaded with taste and nutrition. Excellent baby/kid’s tiffin recipe

Ingredient

salt

4 tablespoon

jaggery powder

2 Tablespoon

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Deskin and mash the potato until soft and gooey

* Step 2

Heat the ghee in a non stick pan

* Step 3

Add the mashed sweet potato and sauté till it blends well with the ghee for 2-3 minutes on Low heat

* Step 4

Add salt and jaggery powder and mix everything well

* Step 5

Next add milk, Cardamom and blend until the mixture comes together and milk is completely absorbed

* Step 6

Serve warm or at room temperature garnished with sliced almonds
