Okra Stir Fry (Bhindi Ki Sabzi)
A sweet and sour easy recipe you must give a try 😉
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
When the oil is hot add the cut okra and a teaspoon of turmeric powder
* Step 3
Cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes till the outer surface of the okra becomes soft
* Step 4
When the okra becomes soft, reduce the flame to ‘medium’ and add in the powder spices and the chopped onion
* Step 5
Cover and cook for about 2 minutes
* Step 6
Open the lid and give it a mix. Add salt as per your taste and cover and cook for about 3-4 minutes
* Step 7
Goes well with chappatis (Indian flat bread) or as a side dish with any regular lunch
