Dhaba Style Paneer Masala
Dhaba Style Paneer Masala is a mouth watering recipe..we can make it for any occasion. It goes well with roti, paratha, none, kulcha and luchi.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the paneer into a bowl and add all ingredients listed under marinate.toss the paneer cube to coat each with the spice mix.keep them aside for 20 minutes
* Step 2
Take a pan and add mustard oil and ghee..once the oil and ghee are hot,add cumin seeds, green Cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon.saute them in hot oil for 1 minute on low flame until they become fragrant.
* Step 3
Then add onion and saute them on medium flame until golden.next add Ginger,garlic, keep sauteing them until the Ginger and garlic turn soft and onion turn golden brown.now add all the powdered spices.mix together gently on low flame.
* Step 4
Next add the tomato, coriander leavs,salt,sugar and stir them well,cover and cook them for 5 minutes until the liquid from tomatos are absorbed.uncover and cook on high flame until the oil stats separating from onion tomato mixture.
* Step 5
Now take separate pan and add the ghee to it.once the ghee is hot and melted,drop the paneer cubes in ghee to warm them up.toss the paneer in ghee for couple of minutes.add them to the prepared gravy along with one cup of water.stir everything well to mix thoroughly.
* Step 6
Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 5 more minutes.after 5 minutes, uncover the pan and check the consistency of gravy.it should not be too watery.
* Step 7
Finally sprinkle some coriander leavs and serve the spicy Dhaba Style Paneer Masala with naan, roti, kulcha.
