Vegetable stir fry is easy and quick Chinese dish.this is easy to make and cover all the seasonal vegetables which makes it healthy too. #healthylunch

Ingredient

chaat masala

1/2 tsp

olive oil

1/2 tsp

black pepper

1/2 tsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take one pan and heat oil, butter in the pan.

* Step 2

Add cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, carrot (can add any seasonal vegetables) and stir occasionally on medium heat.

* Step 3

Let them to soft and light brown. Add black pepper and chaat masala and mix well.

* Step 4

Remove them from pan. Keep on plate and add boiled egg. Serve with curd.
