Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add quick oats curd together mix well than add vegetables rest this batter for 20 min than add 1 tsp of water if required to make idli check consistency according to you than last add baking soda mix well now batter get fluffy

* Step 2

Than add water into the idli maker and wait till water comes to boil than Grease idli tin with oil and pour idli batter 3/4 th cook idli on medium to high flame check with toothpick if it comes out clean your idli is ready to serve
