Atta kachori(whole-wheat flour kachori)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dough-take a bowl add wheat flour and oil first mix oil well till you get crumble consistency than add salt and little water at one time knead well than rest it for 20 min

* Step 2

Potato filling-take a pan add 1 tsp of oil than add 1/2 tspcumin seeds and add rest masalas mix well off the gas and let them cool down

* Step 3

Kachori- after 20 min dough is ready make small balls and fill with potato filling and roll them tightly than fry them in low flame till they are golden brown in colour serve hot kachori will potato Subji or with green chutney
