Eggless Sweet buns with cow milk
These buns r totally vegan specially we made this with cow milk no chemical no preservatives you can store them for 1 week in your refrigrator
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add like warm milk to it than add sugar, yeast mixed well than add all dry ingredients to it knead it well for 10min it should lump free than add butter and knead it again for 5 mind and cover it with samp cloth and keep it aside for 30 min till the dough proof well (it's depent upon climate to climate) some time take more time once it proof well than put it it in a flat surface and knead it again for 2-3 min and make ball out of it and place it in a tin and cover it with samp cloth
* Step 2
For 25-30 min after proofing than apply some cow milk what we used in recepie than add some tutty fruity on top than preheat your oven at 170 for 10 min than bake buns for 15/20 min at same temp homemade eggless buns r ready.
