Whole wheat and oats homemade bread

Homemade breads are always awesome but if there is a healthy option I feel like top of the world

Ingredient

2 tsp

yeast

2 tbsp

olive oil

350 ml

Warm water

1 tsp

Salt

2 tsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take a bowl than add wholewheat flour,oats flour than add salt,yeast,sugar mix it well than add whole warm water and make a sticky dough than add oil and rest it for 30-35 min

* Step 2

After 35 min check the dough it should prove well it’s depend upon climate if it is done than remove it from the bowl and knead it for 1-2 min and leave it for another 20 min

After resting knead a dough again make a rectangular shape according to your tin (I use 8/4/4 tin)than transfer it into the tin and now rest it for 20-25 min again till the dough prove we’ll in between preheat your oven for 20 min at 190* c when bread proven well than brush some milk on it and bake it for 25 min at 190* c when it’s bake properly than place a bread on cooling rack till it cool down properly than cut slice and enjoy homemade bread
