Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, thinly slice the salami pieces. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan and fry it. Remove from pan and set it aside.
* Step 2
Thinly slice all the veggies and assemble all the required ingredients.
* Step 4
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a kadai. Add the chopped garlic and saute it for a minute.
* Step 5
Add the sliced onions and saute it for a minute.
* Step 6
Add in all the thinly sliced veggies and saute it for a minute. Cover and cook it for 5 minutes.
* Step 7
Now add the fried thinly sliced spicy chicken salami and mix it well. Next add the salt, sugar and black pepper powder and mix it well. Then add the soy sauce and the white vinegar. Mix it well and allow it to cook for 4-5 minutes.
* Step 8
The spicy chicken salami filling is now ready. Set it aside to cool.
* Step 9
In a small bowl, add the all-purpose flour and little water and mix it well to make a flour paste.
* Step 10
Carefully peel off one spring roll wrapper. Keep the remaining wrappers covered under a damp towel so that they don’t dry out. Place the wrapper in a diamond position. Place 1-2 tablespoon of the filling on the bottom. Roll up halfway. Fold sides in. Then finish rolling. Use the flour paste to seal the edges.
* Step 12
Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium heat. Add 2-3 spring rolls in the hot oil and cook, turning occasionally until crispy and golden brown.
* Step 13
Transfer to a plate lined with paper napkins to drain away the excess oil. Continue frying the rest of the spring rolls.
* Step 14
Crispy and Delicious Chicken Salami Spring Rolls are ready. Serve it hot with ketchup, chilli garlic sauce or with any of your favorite sauce.
