Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the bread slices into a blender and blend to make breadcrumbs. Keep aside.

Add the green peas into a blender and blend to a smooth paste.

In a mixing bowl, add the green peas paste. To it add salt, chilli flakes, chaat masala and garam masala and mix it well.

Add it to the breadcrumbs and mix it nicely. Form it into a soft dough.

Apply some oil on a marble base and also on your hands. Flatten the dough evenly on the base.

Use differently shaped cookie cutters to cut into desired shapes. Apply oil on the cookie cutters too and press into the base to get perfectly cut kababs.

* Step 7

Heat some oil in a pan for shallow frying the kababs. Once hot, place the kababs in the pan and fry on medium-high flame on both sides till golden brown. Remove from the pan and place it on a kitchen towel to absorb the extra oil. Serve immediately with Red Chilli Garlic Chutney, Tamarind Date Chutney, Bhelpuri Chutney, etc.
