Potato Sabzi Pizza
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, make the potato Sabzi and keep it aside. For that wash and steam the potatoes. Remove the skin and mash lightly. Heat oil in a small kadai. Add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Add green chillies and curry leaves and saute for a minute. Add the lightly mashed potatoes. Add turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder and stir fry till the masala blends with the potatoes. Keep aside to cool.
* Step 2
To make the Potato Sabzi Pizza: Place a pizza bread on a flat surface plate. To it, add mayonnaise, kolhapuri techa and green chilli sauce. Mix well and apply all around the pizza bread. Sprinkle pizza oregano and salad seasoning over it. Place the green peppers and green chillies.
* Step 3
Now spread the potato Sabzi all over to cover up the entire pizza bread. (Remove the green chillies and curry leaves from the sabzi)
* Step 4
Now drizzle it with green chilli sauce.
* Step 5
Grate mozzarella cheese over it.
* Step 6
Again garnish with chilli flakes, pizza oregano, salad seasoning and a dash of pink salt.
* Step 7
Heat oil in a cooking pan. When hot, sprinkle few drops of water in the hot oil. Add the pizza to it. Cover with a lid and let it cook till done. Remove from pan. Cut into desired shape and enjoy it immediately with any sauce of ur choice.
