Mango Mousse

#SFR Mango Mousse is an ideal summer special no bake mango based eggless dessert .It is an easy dessert and can be whipped up within few minutes with just 3 ingredients - mango pulp, condensed milk and heavy whipping cream.This recipe can be made with fresh or canned mango pulp along with a topping of few fresh mango cubes.Serve chilled as an aftermeal dessert at parties or on any weekend special family dinner.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel,deseed and cut 2 mangoes into small cubes.Transfer 1.5 cups approximately mango pieces into a blender jar and blend to a smooth puree. Strain the pulp discarding the hard fibres. Optionally store bought canned mango pulp can be used.

* Step 2

The mangoes are pureed to create a smooth creamy texture.Reserve 1/4 th cup mango puree to form the base of serving glasses. The cream provides a light and airy consistency. Chill a mixing bowl.Add chilled cream, condensed milk or sugar and whip using a wired whisk or electric beater at high speed until it is light and airy and soft to medium peaks form.Add mango puree in batches and fold gently until well combined.

* Step 3

Creamy Mango Mousse is ready.Pour 1 tablespoon of mango puree in 4 serving glasses..Pour whisked mango cream in each glass.Garnish with chopped mango cubes and mint leaves.Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve chilled.
