No Bake Watermelon Cake

This is an ideal healthy and beautiful no bake fruit cake and a perfect treat for those on fasting and also for those on a diet.Why not make a guilt free Birthday Cake with no added sugar or cream?There are innumerable colourful ideas of decorating a watermelon cake with other fruits of choice.It is refreshing during the hot summer months and a treat to serve at any party or celebration.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut a thick slice of watermelon into a round.Chop off the rind carefully.
* Step 2
Cut another thick slice and remove the rind.With the help of a cutter make heart or round shapes.Place the circular slice on a plate.Arrange heart shaped watermelon on the sides at regular gaps.Place grapes all round.Then place a little big heart at the centre of the disc.Cut a small round and place over the heart.With a toothpick secure a grape on top of round and serve chilled healthy watermelon cake.
