Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast or fry peanuts and set aside.Heat oil in a wok.It should be fuming hot.Add the poha and immediately transfer it to a strainer so that no excess oil is in the poha.Mix the peanuts

Raisins and roasted cashewnuts may be added but optional.Mix little salt to taste and add black pepper powder.Garnish with chopped onion and green and red chilli.

* Step 3

Serve immediately if onion is added.Otherwise can be stored in airtight container.
