This is a tasty crunchy snack made with semolina,cheese and mixed spices.Celebration time when guests assemble together varieties of sweets and snacks and other delicacies are made.It can be made within a short span of time and an attractive way to serve something different from the way of presenting regular snacks.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind rava like a rice flour texture.Mix oil,ajwain, crushed kasoori methi, pinch baking powder.Add water little by little.Rava soaks water,so add little by little and knead into a tight dough. more oil may be added for kneading it into a smooth dough.Add 1 cube grated cheese and knead it again.Cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Divide the dough into 2 equal balls.In one ball add pinch of red chilli powder.Roll out each dough into circular discs.Cut thin strips vertically then horizontally.Take one small strip.With the help of a fork with it's face down,press the small strip over the fork and roll into small spirals.Heat oil and fry all spirals till crispy.Mix both the spirals and sprinkle some more red chilli powder and French fry seasoning.Cool and store in airtight container.Serve this new crispy snack anytime.
