Palak Paneer | Cottage Cheese with Spinach Gravy
Spinach is one of the power veggie and has lot of nutrional value and Cottage cheese adds up the protien. Added some simple spices and lots of love. It tastes best with paratha or roti. Do try..!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and blanch spinach leaves and keep aside. Keep the watwr also aside.
* Step 2
Now puree garlic, ginger and green chillies.
* Step 3
In a thick bottom pan, add oil/ghee.
* Step 5
Saute well. Now add onion puree and saute until it turns light brown.
* Step 6
Then add tomato puree and cook well till oil seperates. Add salt.
* Step 7
Add spinach puree and little leftover water in the gravy.
* Step 8
Cook untill u get right consistency.
* Step 9
Now add garam masala and crushed kasturi methi and cubed paneer.
* Step 10
Cover and cook for 2 mins and serve hot with paratha, roti or rice.
