Banana nut loaf

Ingredient

2/3 cup

mased banana

1/2 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to moderate 180°,grease a tin loaf

* Step 2

Combine the butter,1 cup sugar,egg,flour,coconut,banana and milk in a bowl and beat with electric beaters on low until well combined

* Step 3

Beat for couple of minutes,spoon mixture into the thin loaf

* Step 4

Bake for 1 hour or until a sweker comes out clean when inserted into the centre

* Step 5

You may need cover with foil during cooking if the top starts to brown to much
