Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut onion into long pieces
* Step 2
Add turmeric, coriander powder, laal tikhat, carrom seeds (ajwain) salt, coriander and ginger garlic paste
Oil optional if using air fryer.
Coriander optional
* Step 3
Add 1:3 rice flour and besan to the mixture and keep until onion oozes water.
* Step 4
Add very very little baking soda (optional)
* Step 5
Sprinkle little water for consistency.
* Step 7
Prepare bhajjis from the mixture.
