* Step 1

Firstly, in a blender take 1 onion, 1 cup coriander, 1 cup mint, 2 Raw mango, 2-3 chilli.....

Add 1 tsp cumin powder, ¾ tsp chaat masala.....

* Step 3

Now add water, ½ tsp salt and blend to smooth paste.

green garlic

1 inch

ginger

3-4 tbsp

lemon juice

4-5 tbsp

water

* Step 1

Firstly, in a small blender take 2 cup coriander, 1 cup mint, 1/2 cup green garlic, 4-5 green chili, and 1-inch ginger.

* Step 1

Firstly, in a blender take 2 tbsp lemon juice, a few mints,1/4 tsp pepper powder, and salt. add 1+1/2 water and a few ice cubes.

Blend to smooth making sure everything is well combined.

* Step 3

In a glass take 2 tbsp soaked sabja seeds.

* Step 4

Finally, pour the lemon juice into a glass and enjoy with ice cubes. Garnished with a few coriander leaves.

10 leaves

* Step 1

Firstly, in a blender take 2 cup chilled curd.

Also add 10 leaves mint, 1 inch ginger, ¾ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp pepper and ½ tsp salt.

* Step 3

Add 1 cup water and blend to thick frothy later on top.

Now place a small cup in the centre and keep 2 pieces of red-hot charcoal.

Cover with aluminium foil and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes, or till aroma is infused into lassi.
