* Step 1

Roughly chopped guavas and put in a blender jar..add sugar and 1/2 cup water, blend to a fine paste.....

Strain the mixture and set aside.

In a plate take red chilli powder and salt, mix well. Rim the glass with lemon wedge and dip in the salt and chilli mixture.

In a non-stick pan heat 2-3 teaspoon of ghee and fry oats on low heat till colour changes.

Heat milk and sugar in a pan and bring it to a boil. Once the sugar is dissolved completely, add fried oats and stir continuously.

After this, add cardamom powder and the remaining ghee.

Add saffron threads for color and aroma. Stir until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.

1/2 cup

Warm milk

1/2 cup

Warm water

2 tablespoons

Grain Sugar

1/2 tsp

Salt

1 tablespoon

Cinnamon powder

4 tablespoons

Sugar powder

1/4 cup

* Step 1

In a deep glass bowl, sieve maida and salt and keep aside. Mix yeast, warm water and warm milk in a cup. Mix well. Add grain sugar and mix well. Cover and keep to rise and froth up in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Then add this mix to the dough and combine everything. Then sprinkle loose maida on a counter, take the dough on it and knead for 10 minutes till it is elastic and we'll stretched.

Add in 2 tablespoons of soft butter and knead for 5 minutes. Then tuck it in from all sides and place in a greased bowl. Cover with cling wrap or warm wand damp towel and leave in a warm place to rise for 2 hours. It will double in size.

Then remove cover, punch the dough around 10 times and lightly knead again for 5 minutes.

Divide the dough in 2 equal portions. Roll out a big round disk of one inch thickness from half of the dough and spread 1 tablespoon butter all over. Then sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon powder and sugar powder all over the disc.

Then roll it tightly and tuck all the sides. Then cut equal sized rounds from the dough and arrange on a large baking tray which is greased and lined with baking paper.

Keep covered in a warm place for final proofing or rising for 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Again they will double in size.

Preheat the oven at 180 °c. Brush the rolls with milk gently all over. Keep in oven to bake for 30 to 35 minutes till golden on top.

Remove after baked perfectly, brush with butter and serve. Or prepare a frosting of sugar, butter and whipped cream in equal proportions and pour over warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy.

* Step 1

Take a bowl,add luck warm water,add sugar,&yeast mix it,keep it a side.

* Step 2

Take another bowl add all dry ingredients mix it.

* Step 3

Now add wet ingredients, & bloomed yeast.

* Step 4

Knead all things together.

* Step 5

Take a bowl,sprinkle,oil,& keep dough wraps with clean wraps.

* Step 6

Keep it for proofing 1 an hrs.

* Step 7

After proofing take it out & roll it 2 centimeters thick.

* Step 8

Cut it with the help of donut cutter.

* Step 9

Keep it again 20 mins for proofing in a donut baking tray. here I am showing you donut baking tray.

After 20 mins keep it in the preheated oven at 160 c for 15 to 20 mins.

Then take it out,de mould it,keep it in the cooling rack for 1 hrs.

Then decorate it with colourful ganach chocolate & whipping cream.

We can cut donuts in 2 parts in fill it with whipped cream.

* Step 1

Heat the cream & milk together, don't boil it.

* Step 2

Egg &sugar mix together.

* Step 3

Add vanilla essence.

* Step 4

Pour it into the cream & milk batter.stir it continuously.

* Step 5

For caramel take a pan add sugar water,stir it,after some time it is convert in caramel.

* Step 6

Take a mould,add caramel,then add batter.

* Step 7

Take a oven tray,put 1 glass of water into it.then add batter mould..

* Step 8

Keep it in the preheated oven at 150 for 20 mins.

* Step 9

After that take it out.

Demold it.

* Step 11

Serve it hot or cold as you like.
