* Step 1

Firstly, in a large mixing bowl prepare a flowing consistency batter.

Now add in vegetables of your choice and coat well with batter. also deep fry in hot oil.

Stir occasionally, till it turns crunchy and slightly golden brown.

Drain off the vegetables on to the kitchen towel and keep aside.

Now prepare the sauce by heating up oil. add in 2 cloves garlic, 1 green chilli and 2 tbsp spring onion. saute on high flame for a minute. additionally, add 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce and salt to taste.

Mix well on high flame till the sauces gets combined well. now add in fried vegetables and give a quick stir. also add in chopped spring onions.

Finally, serve veg crispy hot as a starters or along with fried rice.

Mix dry fruit

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take maida, rava, and sugar.

* Step 2

Also add fennel powder, dry fruits, and cardamom powder.

* Step 3

Further, add milk.

* Step 4

Mix well making sure there are no lumps in the batter.

* Step 5

Add water as required and mix well.

* Step 6

Make sure the batter is of smooth pouring consistency.

* Step 7

Further, whisk the batter for at least 5 minutes.

* Step 8

Cover and rest the batter for 30 minutes.

* Step 9

Pour the batter into hot oil/ghee.

* Step 10

Once the malpua starts to float, splash oil over malpuas.

* Step 11

And also press gently with the help of a perforated spoon.

* Step 12

The malpuas will puff up like poori.

* Step 13

Now fry both sides till they turn golden brown.

* Step 14

Drain the malpuas onto the kitchen towel to remove excess oil now soak the malpuas in the hot sugar syrup.

* Step 15

Rest for 10 minutes making sure both the sides of malpua are soaked well.

* Step 16

Finally, serve malpuas hot with rabri and garnished with a few nuts.

* Step 1

Firstly, in a large kadai take ½ cup water, 1 tsp oil and ¼ tsp salt. stir and get to a boil. lower the flame and add ¼ cup rava stirring continuously.

Transfer the cooked suji into a large mixing bowl, and cool completely. now add 3 boiled & mashed potato. also add ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ¼ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp pepper, 2 tbsp coriander and ¼ tsp salt.

Mix well making sure everything is combined well and prepare the patties dip in corn flour batter covering both sides. then roll in breadcrumbs on both the sides.

* Step 4

Deep fry, shallow fry or pan fry the patties in hot oil. finally, drain over kitchen paper to remove excess oil and serve aloo cutlet / aloo suji cutlet with tomato sauce.

Firstly, take 2 boiled and mashed potatoes, ¼ cup boiled peas and spices.

Combine everything and prepare patties. dip into maida paste and roll in bread crumbs. deep fry in hot oil or bake at 180 degree celsius for 20 minutes or till it turns golden and crisp.
