#SD3__this is my mom's recipe. It goes well with dal and rice.

Ingredient

1table spoons

of mustard seeds

250 grams

mango

2 tablespoons

salt

1 teaspoon

haldi

1 teaspoon

methi

1/2 teaspoon

of hing

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

5 tablespoons

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first cut mango into pieces with skin.

Arrange all these things in a plate,grind mustard to a fine powder

Add oil, mustard powder,all these masala into mango, with help of spoon. Then store into a tight container.

Ingredient

1/4 cup

masoor dal

1//2teaspoon

of Hing

1 teaspoon

haldi

as per taste

Salt

3 tablespoon

of ghee

1/2 teaspoon

of sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash two kinds of Dal cook along with Onion,haldi, water and Chopped methi. Cook for 3 to 4 whistles in a low flame allow to open the lid automatically.

* Step 2

3tbsp of ghee in a kadai, add Hing, green chillies, Jeera and mustard seeds, and Red Chillie. After 2 minutes add sliced onion fry for 3 to 4 minutes gradually add chopped ginger and garlic after 2 minutes add Chopped tomatoes.Gradually add haldi, red chilli powder salt and sugar cookies for 5 to 10 minutes. After that add it into Dal give boil for another 5 minutes and it's done.

* Step 1

Firstly take a mixing bowl, add ata & all the other given ingredients. Mix it well.

Add water slowly slowly, knead a soft dough, rest it for 1/2 hr. Brush 1 tbsp oil onto the dough, knead it again. Keep aside.

For Stuffing....a). Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

B). Add hing & zeera, let it splutter. In goes aloo. Mix it well.

C). Now add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, stir fry it for a minute.

D). In goes both salt & amchur powder, mix it well.

E). Now add green chilli, dhania patta & garam masala powder, stir fry it until dry.

Turn off the flame, keep aside.

Take small portions of the dough, roll it, flatten it, fill it with 1 tsp of Stuffing, seal the edges.

Roll it, now gently flatten it with your hands, keep aside. Make all the kachoris in the same manner.

Now take a baking tray, line it with butter paper. Keep aside. Place the kachori in the baking tray, brush some oil, keep aside.

Pre heat the oven on 180 degree centigrade, bake them for 20 minutes. Check it, bake it for more 5 minutes if required.

Take out the kachoris from the oven, serve it with any Chutney...

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix both dals in a bowl, wash it, soak in water for 1/2 hr.

* Step 2

Take a pressure cooker, strain dal, add in the cooker. Now add 2.5 cup water & ghee or oil, place the cooker on high flame.

* Step 3

Let it boil, remove the scum, add in hing, salt & haldi powder. Place the lid. Give 4 whistles on high flame. Lower the flame, cook it for 7 minutes. Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally.

* Step 4

Open the lid, whisk dal for a minute, take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Take a wok or deep bottom pan, add ghee, heat it. Add in hing, laung & zeera, let it splutter.

Add green chilli, saute it for a sec. In goes onion, stir fry it until light brown.

Add in ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released. Now add tomato & lil salt, also add lil water, stir fry it until tomato becomes tender.

In goes red chilli powder & garam masala powder, mix it well.

Transfer dal into the masala, mix it well. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

Can be served along with any meal. A good combo with both Roti & Rice..

* Step 1

Take a pan, add oil or ghee, heat it.

* Step 2

Add zeera, let it splutter.

* Step 3

Now add hing, ginger & green chilli, saute it for a minute.

* Step 4

Add mashed matar, stir fry it for a minute.

* Step 5

Now add all the other ingredients one by one, stir fry it until dry.

* Step 6

Turn off the flame, take out in a dish, keep aside to cool down.

* Step 7

Now take a mixing bowl, add paneer & all the given ingredients, mix it thoroughly.

* Step 8

Take med. portions from the paneer batter, flatten it, now make a pit inside.

* Step 9

Fill it with 1 tsp stuffing, seal the edges, make kebab.

* Step 10

Dust the kebabs with lil corn flour, make all the kebabs in the same manner.

* Step 11

Take a pan, add oil in the mediocre amount, heat it.

* Step 12

Shallow fry the kebabs until both sides become brown.

* Step 13

Take out in a serving dish, have it with any dip or chutney.

* Step 14

A good tea time snack...
