* Step 1

Cut paneer into thick pieces, Cut capsicum and onion into cubes then separate the layers of onion. Then marinate with above mentioning things along with paneer. For 10 minutes

Take 2 tbsp of oil then fry these pieces,boil above mention in things for gravy.

Make a soft paste of boiled onion and tomato.take oil in a kadai add 1 teaspoon of jeera gradually add this paste along that add salt, haldi and Red Chillie powder cook for 10 minutes in a low flame, gradually add milk and paneer capsicum and onion fried pieces. Give a perfect mix and cook for another 10 minutes consistency with amount of water.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first clean palak finely chop it

* Step 2

Take 3 tablespoon of oil in a kadai add jeera and sliced onion fry for 2 minutes, gradually add matar and boiled aloo, add salt, red chilli powder, haldi and fry for 5 minutes allow it to cool.

* Step 3

In this potato fry add bread, besan, rice flour, curd, malai, chopped onion sugar and salt if required, mix all these things together with help of hand give a perfect shape and place half of cashew over it tawa for 10 to 15 minutes in a low flame.

* Step 1

Mix rice and all vegetables.

Grind soaked soya granules to a fine paste. Water don't add water while grinding..

Mix r mentioning things except for ghee. Take small balls of the mix.

Make small petties out of it, take ghee in a pan spread this Petties.

besan

cornstarch

urad dal

500 ml

* Step 1

Take cooked cabbage, besan and cornstarch in a mixing pot. Adjust salt if required. Mix well.

Make kofta balls and fry them in medium flame. Set aside.

In the meantime fry the besan on a kadhai. Mix with the curd nicely.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai. Add hing and crackle mustard seeds. Add urad dal, curry leaves, minced garlic, chopped onion and tomatoes.

Fry on low flame adjusting salt till tomatoes is cooked.

Mix turmeric powder and 500 ml water with curd and fried besan mixture. Mix with the tasks in a kadhai. Bring to boil. Add cabbage kofta. Boil for 2 minutes. The cabbage kofta kadhi is ready to serve with steamed rice. Thanks.
