Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take oil in pan add cumin seeds,mustard seeds asafoetida. After that add chopped onion, Chillies,ginger and garlic.

* Step 2

After 5 minutes of frying add Chopped tomato and all dry masala including salt.

Saute till tomato gets cooked properly. Add aloo and add half a glass of water to adjust the amount of water of your choice. Cook for another 10 minutes serve with hot poori.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, fresh cream, salt, pepper and sugar.

* Step 2

Now add potato, chicken, carrot, macaroni, green peas, egg, cucumber and apple. Stir until well combined.

* Step 3

Adjust the seasoning.

* Step 4

Transfer into a serving dish.

* Step 5

Garnish with salad leaves and egg slices. Russian Macaroni Salad is ready to serve.

* Step 1

Heat sunflower oil 🌻, add cumin seeds, when start to crackle, add finely chopped garlic 🧄, saute for 1 min, add broccoli florets 🥦 and mix well, Cook on medium heat.

* Step 2

Add sugar, paprika powder 🌶️, coriander cumin powder, garam masala powder,salt 🧂 and mix well. Cook broccoli florets well, but still crunchy (don't over cook the broccoli florets 🥦), add boiled potatoes cubes and mix well, cook for 2 mins, remove from heat, let it cool down.

* Step 3

In a bowl 🥣 add cooked broccoli florets 🥦 with boiled potatoes 🥔, black pepper powder, onion rings 🧅, finely chopped green chillies and mix gently. Add in serving dish and on top of salad 🥗, add toasted sesame seeds, tomato slices 🍅 and serve immediately.
