* Step 1

In a mixing bowl, put chopped onion, cucumber and tomato. Add black salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, fresh green chillies and coriander leaves. Squeeze lemon juice. Mix them all very nicely.

* Step 2

Next add 1/2 the mixture of dry roasted makhana, peanut and chana. Mix all very well. Keep 1/2 quantity of makhana, peanut and chana mixture, to top the salad, just before serving, to give a nice crunch.

* Step 1

Boil the corn and take out its kernels. In a blender jar, put boiled corn, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, amchur, and garam masala. Add little water. Blend coarsely.

In a mixing bowl put the blended corn, boiled potatoes, onion, and chilies.

Mash and mix all well. Add cornflour and mix again.

Now heat appe pan. Put 1tsp oil in each cavity. Take small portions from the prepared mixture. Make a ladoo type and put into each cavity. Let it get fried. Flip it and press little bit, it takes a nice shape. Let it get fried at slow to medium flame.

As it's golden brown and crisp on both sides, take out... Make a green chutney and serve hot... CRISPY CORN FRITTERS...

Nargisi Kofta is the Desi version of a Scotch Egg – a boiled egg sourrounded by meat and shallow fry. This is a spicy version of this dish and should please the most dedicated followers of the Spicy Wee Beastie.

#Make_Nargisi_Koftas:

Follow this method make all nargisi Koftas and shallow fry until light golden brown and set a side.

#Step_3: After that remove the lid and add chopped green chillies, fresh coriander, garam masala powder and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove the lid and stir it and turn off the flame. Your Nargisi Kofta is Ready! Serve with chappati's, naan or boiled rice.

This one’s an unique combo of my two favourites again- The Fusion of the very INDO-CHINESE delicacies… So simple to prepare- Absolutely, an easy-peasy dish yet uniquely delicious & very much appreciated when both the Indo-Chinese touches are vividly combined & presented into the same to make it extra sensational & immensely delectable !!!

Ingredient

* Step 1

First Up: Well wash & strain the Poha for sometime to drain out excess water from it- Let it rest for at least 10-15 mins time. Proceed with your rest other arrangements for the same 👇🏻

Add in a large mixing bowl: Aforementioned all the ingredients for the Manchurian Balls now- Mix everything well together with your hands, until nicely combined and well blended by smashing the ingredients as much as is possible in order to form a smooth & lump free balls while shaping them up, individually

Apply some oil into your palms nicely- Take lemon sized balls according to your choicest sizes & roll it out to a smooth small balls (Refer to the pics given below)👇🏻

Heat up a frying pan over the medium-high flame- Once hot sufficiently, drop in these prepared Manchurian Balls in it (in one go or in batches, depending on the size of your pan/vessel)- 👇🏻

Fry them nicely until golden browned on all round its sides, perfectly well- 👇🏻 Strain them out to place them on a separate plate/dish, lined up with a kitchen towel/tissue

Now, for the gravy: Again, in a frying pan- Heat up required amount of the oil, then sauté the onions until lightly golden browned by adding some salt in it to hasten the process- Then, add in all other ingredients & veggies one by one to gently sauté them all 👇🏻

Add in the sauces & ketchup to it by adding a very little amount of water to it since this is mainly a dry one ☝️ hence we don’t need water, more than that- This is used in order to ensure that the veggies are all well cooked & don’t remain undercooked by any chance

Now, add in this thick gravy mixture the fried Manchurian Balls & mix everything well together until nicely combined and well blended with each other- Check on the seasonings part & adjust accordingly if required at all- Flame goes off

Cover the pan now for another 5-6 mins time before serving it piping hot with your choicest fried rice, noodles or simply any types of Indian Breads or similar- As not to forget, this one’s completely a FUSION RECIPE- Time to RELISH this DELISH now…

* Step 1

First Up: Parboil the Broccoli with some salt, drain the water & set aside for sometime for its excess water to get drained out & grate it easily- Transfer it to a separate mixing bowl for rest all other aforesaid ingredients to be mixed into the same now, one by one

Into the same bowl: Add in rest all other ingredients aforementioned ingredients and mix everything well together until nicely combined and well blended together- Use water judiciously as much little as you can since we need a thick & sticky batter consistency for the fritters to be deep fried

* Step 3

Heat up a wok/kadhai/frying pan over the medium-high flame: Add in the requisite amount of oil for the deep frying purpose- Add into it, the pakoras with your hand or with the help of a spoon, fry until deep golden browned from all its edges & both the sides- Strain & Transfer it to a separate plate lined up with a kitchen towel/tissues

* Step 4

Sprinkle from the top some black salt & chat masala powder- Serve it absolutely piping hot with your favourite dips/sauces & salads & not to forget to accompany it with your favourite hot cuppa
