In a mixing bowl. Add the cucumber, corn kernels and onions, separating the strands of the onion as you add it.

Whisk together the dressing and taste it to adjust any of the ingredients. Toss the salad with a generous amount and season with salt and pepper. Chill for about an hour before serving.

Tuna and Sweetcorn Sandwich Recipe One of my all-time favorite sandwiches was tuna and sweetcorn and years later, still is.

In a medium bowl, mix the tuna with a fork.

Spread the tuna and sweetcorn filling on a bread spread some of chopped lettuce. cover with another slice. serve with fresh salad and Enjoy!

Butter your bread and then fill one slice with a nice thick layer of your mixture, going right up to the crusts, top with a second slice of bread and press down ever so slightly serve with a fresh salad.

This mixture can be made up a few hours before using, but try to put on the bread freshly and just before you need it, otherwise it can go soggy very quickly and nobody likes soggy bottoms, nobody!

Trout turns out surprisingly tender, with a subtle sweetish aftertaste.

Ingredient

Prepare the sauce. Add soy, oyster and Worcestershire sauces to mayonnaise. Spices and lemon juice. Mix well.

Peel the orange from the skin and cut into slices.

Peel the trout, rinse inside and out, pat dry with paper towels. Pour some vegetable oil into the bottom of a baking dish. Put the fish in.

Despite the fact that there is enough salt in the sauce, the fish will still be slightly salted inside. And you can season with black pepper. But this is optional.
