Trout baked with oranges
Trout turns out surprisingly tender, with a subtle sweetish aftertaste.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare the sauce. Add soy, oyster and Worcestershire sauces to mayonnaise. Spices and lemon juice. Mix well.
* Step 2
Peel the orange from the skin and cut into slices.
* Step 3
Peel the trout, rinse inside and out, pat dry with paper towels. Pour some vegetable oil into the bottom of a baking dish. Put the fish in.
* Step 4
Despite the fact that there is enough salt in the sauce, the fish will still be slightly salted inside. And you can season with black pepper. But this is optional.
* Step 5
Inside and out, thoroughly coat the trout with mayonnaise sauce. Insert orange slices into the bellies.
* Step 6
Bake the fish in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Focus on your oven.

After baking, let cool slightly. The skin is easily removed. Separate the fillet, pull out the bones.

Serve trout with any side dish or fresh vegetables. We have rice noodles today.
