Sub se phele chopper me chicken ko qeema kar lein.

* Step 2

Ab kabab k baki k ingre siwaye oil k dal k ache se mix karen lein k acha sa binding mixture ban jaye.

Ab hatho ko grease karen aur seekh ya wese hi kabab ki shape dein lein.

Oil ko garam karen aur kababo ko fry kar k nikal lein.

Ab tomato paste dal k mix karen k tomatoes ka pani thora dry hojaye.dahi me sub masalay mix kar lein.

Dahi k mixture ko tomatoes walay mixture me add karen aur 5 min bhon lein zara sa pani add karen.

Fry kiye hue kababon ko gravy me rakhien aur cover kar k 15 min cook kar lein oil seprate hojaye to hara dhanya lemon juice add karen aur koilay ka dhuwan de k serve karen.

Subse phele ek pateeli me yakhni k liye pani dal k chicken k ilawa sub ingre dal k 15 min paknay dein.

Ab chicken ko wash kar k is pani me dal k cook kar lein for 20/25 mins.

Ek alag pateeli me oil dalien r pyaz ko golden karen phir yakhni se chicken nikal k add karen r lehsan paste,green chilli paste dal k bhone.ab tomato paste add karen r baki k masalay add kar k bhonay.

* Step 4

Pulao masala banany k liye 2 tsp zeera,2 tsp saboot dhanya,2 tsp sonf,6/7 kali mirche,jaifal jawatri,choti illaichi sub ko powder bana lein.r 1 tsp add kar dein.

* Step 5

Ab rice r aloo bukharay r salt add kar dein r cover kar dein pani kam reh jaye to dum laga dein dum lagate hue half bunch podina k pattay chopped,saboot hari mirche,black pepper crushed r zarday ka rung dal k dum lagayen phir halkay hath se mix karen r chutni salad k sath serve karen.

* Step 1

Subse phele chawalon ko dho k soak kar dein for 1 hour.

* Step 2

Ek kholay pateelay me pani dalien boil karen phir us me chawalon k according salt aur 1 tbsp sirka add kar chawal dal k boil kar lein 1 kanni chor dein aur pani drain kar dein.

Pani me zarda rung aur ess dal k mix karen thora sa garam masala powder b sprinkle karen aur chawalon k corner me rung dal dein aur dum laga dein for 15/20 min.
