Moong dal ko 3/4 hours soak kar dein. Ab lehsan k sath paste bana lein phir namak,zeera,lal mirch powder dal k mix kar lein aur fry kar lein.

Phir pyaz k paste ko oil me dal k bhon lein aur sath hi lehsan paste b.tematar ka paste dal k bhon lein phir lal mirch,haldi,pisa dhanya,garam masala powder,zeera powder,sookhi meethi dal k bhon lein.

Pani add karen aur mangochiyan add kar dein aur dum wali anch pe cook kar lein.

* Step 2

Ab kabab k baki k ingre siwaye oil k dal k ache se mix karen lein k acha sa binding mixture ban jaye.

Ab hatho ko grease karen aur seekh ya wese hi kabab ki shape dein lein.

* Step 4

Oil ko garam karen aur kababo ko fry kar k nikal lein.

* Step 5

Ab ek pateeli me oil dalien lehsan paste aur zeera dal k bhone phir pyaz ko pink karen.

* Step 6

Ab tomato paste dal k mix karen k tomatoes ka pani thora dry hojaye.dahi me sub masalay mix kar lein.

* Step 7

Dahi k mixture ko tomatoes walay mixture me add karen aur 5 min bhon lein zara sa pani add karen.

* Step 8

Fry kiye hue kababon ko gravy me rakhien aur cover kar k 15 min cook kar lein oil seprate hojaye to hara dhanya lemon juice add karen aur koilay ka dhuwan de k serve karen.

Ab ek pateeli me oil dalien pyaz r lehsan ko golden karen r tematar add kar ke bhone r sub masalay add kar ke bhon ke dahi add karen mix karen r koftay add kar ke 5 min pateeli ko hila ke cook karen spoon use nahi karna hai.

* Step 4

Phir palak add karen r zara sa pani add kar ke koftay galnay tak cook hone dein.

* Step 5

Last me ready hojaye to ache se bhon lein ke oil alag hojaye uper thora phainta hua dahi dal ke garam garam serve karen.
